Terms & Conditions

Applicant specifically agrees to be bound by the terms & conditions of this agreement as follows:

*Deposit: Upon execution of this agreement, the APPLICANT has deposited $75 per vehicle per day reserved (1-day minimum rental); $150 for RVs and Travel Trailers (3-day minimum rental). This deposit will apply toward the rental at the time of pick-up. An additional security deposit of $500 will be required at pick-up. A security deposit must be made by credit card only. PLEASE NO CHECKS!

*Receipt: Upon Red Desert Rentals’ receipt of the deposit and an executed original of this agreement form from the APPLICANT, Red Desert Rentals will indicate the date and time that Agreement and Deposit were received. APPLICANT acknowledges and agrees that assignment of a reservation DOES NOT guarantee that APPLICANT will be given an opportunity to rent equipment for their desired date, or for their desired quantities or models. Red Desert Rentals retains the right to substitute any of its equipment with another model where there is a substantial similarity between two models of the same type of vehicle. This substitution is an accommodation and APPLICANT agrees to such accommodation where necessary.

*Cancellation: APPLICANT will be given the option to either confirm this reservation or receive a full refund of his/her deposit up to and including SEVEN (7) days prior to the pick-up date of the rental. The deposit will be held in trust until refunded or applied towards the rental. If at any time between the date of this agreement and the pick-up date, APPLICANT wishes to cancel this agreement, APPLICANT will receive a refund, less a fifty dollar ($50) handling fee. APPLICANT SPECIFICALLY WILL AGREE TO forfeit any deposit if the termination is made less than SEVEN (7) days before the pick-up date of the rental. Refunds will be given in the manner received.

*Other: Any dispute an applicant may have with this reservation agreement form will be monitored under the laws of the State of Utah in Washington County. We do reserve the right to refuse any applicant. The rates and terms are subject to change without notice. Any additional terms and rules will be discussed at time rental agreement is signed.

*Applicant: The person or persons applying for rental on the reservation agreement form must be at least 21 years old. I have read and I agree with the conditions and terms of this reservation agreement form and all information I have given is true and correct.
